Burn With Care

A Ritual Done Right

Incense is fire and smoke, and it deserves the same care as a candle. These directions are printed on every Vyoma box.

  • Burn in a well-ventilated room, in a heat-resistant holder on a non-flammable surface.
  • Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable.
  • Light for a moment, gently blow out the flame, and let the ember smoulder.
  • Always make sure the stick is fully extinguished before you leave the room or go to sleep.
  • If smoke bothers you, or you have asthma or another breathing condition, ventilate well or skip the burn.
