  • Order data: 7 years (Texas tax record-keeping requirement).
  • Contact form submissions: 2 years, or until resolved.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, after which a suppression record is retained.
  • Analytics data: 26 months in aggregated/anonymized form.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (GDPR / EU residents).
  • Opt-out of sale: we do not sell personal data (CCPA / California; TDPSA / Texas).
  • Non-discrimination: exercising rights will not affect service or pricing.

To exercise any right, email privacy@vyomaincense.com. We respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA/TDPSA) of a verifiable request.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email privacy@vyomaincense.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We implement TLS encryption, access controls, and limited data retention to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
