1. About Vyoma

Vyoma LLC is a Texas limited liability company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We sell premium natural incense products handcrafted in India. References to “Vyoma,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Vyoma LLC. References to “you” or “your” mean any person who visits our website or places an order.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Order Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent after placing an order. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. Vyoma reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders if inventory is unavailable or if we identify a pricing error.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, notifying you promptly.

3. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and B2B orders are governed by the terms of your signed Wholesale Agreement with Vyoma LLC, which supplements these Terms. Minimum order quantities, payment terms, and return windows for wholesale orders may differ from consumer terms.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines, carriers, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return window, eligible items, and refund process are described in our Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

6. Product Safety

Incense involves open flame and produces smoke. Always observe these precautions:

  • Burn on a non-combustible, heat-resistant holder in a well-ventilated space.
  • Never leave burning incense unattended.
  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
  • Discontinue use if respiratory discomfort occurs.
  • Store away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Vyoma is not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from improper use.

7. Intellectual Property

All Vyoma branding, product names, photography, copy, and design are the intellectual property of Vyoma LLC, protected under US and international law. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without prior written permission. User-submitted content (reviews, photos) grants Vyoma a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyoma’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Vyoma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, TX under AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Claims under $10,000 may be brought in Dallas County small-claims court.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
